On this day in Horror History, Werewolf of London made it’s theatrical debut. The first film ever to depict the popularized mythological beast, it would be the predecessor to every werewolf movie to date. The classic starring Henry Hull would solidify its place in infamy, as the make-up and prosthesis that was designed by Jack P. Pierce for Hull’s role in this film, would later be used on Lon Chaney Jr. in The Wolf Man (1941). Perhaps one of the most underrated and least acknowledged of Universal’s monster films, Werewolf of London will forever be the cinematic masterpiece that gave movie-goers their first glimpse of the full moon light’s iconic inhabitant.

I wanted to.. but then I realized I'd rather enjoy it than blow through it in a day.

I am currently 7 episodes in and I love it!!

It very gripping and mysterious and at the same time makes you wanting more!
