Today In Horror History

February 25, 1997
On this day in Horror History, Isabelle Fuhrman was born. Considered to be one of the most prolifically brilliant child actors of the last decade, it was her role as Esther in Orphan (2009) that brought her before the eyes of the horror genre and its undying fans. At her young age she has already shown an acting prowess and versatility that sheds light on the future of the industry. Keep an eye out for Isabelle in both the remake of Suspiria (1977) from director David Gordon Green and M. Night Shyamalan’s After Earth slated to hit theaters June 7th.

“I never saw Esther as scary and was never afraid of her either. Esther's dream is to find love and a perfect family that would appreciate her. She wants it so badly that she has to remove all the obstacles on her way to achieving her dream. It's a life-or-death stakes for her.”- Isabelle Fuhrman

My Personal Thoughts: This scares me to death!!!! The only 2 movies i have seen her in are Orphan and The Hunger Games and she was pretty brutal and scary.
