On this day in Horror History, The Toxic Avenger Part II made it's American debut. As the second installment of Troma's cult franchise, it continues with the story of the tutu wearing mutant Toxie. The highly anticipated film itself would not only become one of the most beloved starring the mop wielding protagonist, it would inevitably become the third film as well due to more than four hours of footage, also marking the acting debut of Michael Jai White, who would later go on to lead in Spawn (1997).
