On this day in Horror History, Jessica Biel was born. A scream queen in her own right, she has starred in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003), Blade: Trinity (2004), and Hitchcock (2012). The starlet has proven her stature in the industry, and from a budding career on the set of the 7th Heaven television series, horror fans have grown to adore the passionate and talented actress from humble beginnings.
“The first movie I remember seeing is The Goonies (1985). I never identified with girls, and the cast was all boys. Girls were nervous about going into caves; they were scaredy-cats--and I wasn't into that at all. I loved the idea of being with a crew and having an adventure. I was really interested in pits full of snakes.” –Jessica Biel
